     Mark Grabowski writes a regular column on current events for the Washington Examiner. In 2015, he won 1st Place from the Press Club of Long Island for best commentary.
     Previously, he worked as a journalist for six years for large newspapers and popular websites. He has covered the suburbs for the Providence Journal, manned the night cops beat for the Arizona Republic, served as state capital bureau chief for a Pennsylvania newspaper chain, tracked Congress for a wire service, and penned a column for AOL News. His award-winning, investigative reporting ultimately led to a corrupt town administrator being convicted.
     In addition to journalism, Mark has written books, book chapters and academic journal articles. Check out his research for more details.
